I made these for my little ones to have during Sacrament Meeting to help keep them quiet. My 2 yr old doesn't really care for them much yet, but my 3 1/2 yr old son loves them, particularly the New Testament ones that have Jesus in the pictures. We look at the pictures and I read him the little paragraph that is on the card, or he will ask questions about it and we will talk about it, quietly. :) I downloaded and added the pictures using photoshop elements and then I got them printed out at Costco as 4x6 pictures. I hole punched the top corner for a ring to go through. They turned out great! I definitely recommend them! Here is the link to the site I found them on, you have to scroll down just a bit. Hope you enjoy!

Valentine's Day Wreath
As a stay at home mom, I am all for quick, easy, and inexpensive craft ideas. This wreath is just that. I purchased a styrofoam wreath (I think it was 13") and one 2.5 oz skein of "I Love This Yarn" sport weight in Cranberry color, from Hobby Lobby. I already had pink and white felt from another project and the ribbon was one I saved from a gift bag. Other than that all you need is some glue (I used my hot glue gun) and some scissors and you are ready to go.
Step 1: Wrap the yarn tightly around the wreath. I found it easiest to hold the wreath between my legs, that way I had both hands free to move the yarn quicker. Once it is all wrapped, tie a knot so the yarn won't shift, but do not cut the yarn.
